  • Sales & technician championship leaderboards
  • Subscription, re-service, and new-customer sales forecasts
  • Applause reputation and Podium comms analytics
  • Explore browser, ⌘K command bar, CSV exports

Every plan includes the whole product. Tiers scale with the size of your business — offices and active customers — never with which features you're allowed to use.

Your payback — not our price

If seeing it sooner helps you keep one customer in a hundred, what does that pay back?

Revenue you keep / yr

+$16,500

Money staying in your business — not what Climb costs.

Illustrative math: customers × 1% × average monthly revenue × 12. It counts a single lever — churn caught early — and ignores technician performance, re-service staffing, A/R recovery, and reputation. Your own data does the real arguing in the demo.

Analyst Add-On+

$2,000/mo

Straight answers on price.

Which tier am I?

It comes down to office count and active customers — single-office shops are Basecamp, growing multi-office operators are Ascent, and 4+ offices or 7,500+ customers put you in Summit. Whichever is higher — active customers or offices — sets your tier. A 30-minute demo settles it, and every tier includes the full product.

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Your whole team uses it — owners, office staff, and the techs checking the leaderboard. Charging per seat would kill the thing that makes it work.

Do lower tiers lose features?

No. Every tier includes every analytics lens, leaderboard, and forecast. The tiers scale with the size of your business — offices and active customers — not with which features you're allowed to use.

What about setup fees or long contracts?

Onboarding — connection, historical backfill, verification — is included, so setup is $0. Annual billing gets you a month free; there's no long lock-in, because we'd rather earn the renewal with the product.

What does it replace?

Usually: a spreadsheet only one person understands, hours of month-end report assembly, and the analyst hire you've been putting off — a part-time analyst who can actually reconcile your data runs a few thousand a month and still needs managing. Climb is that, always on and self-verifying, for less.

Is my data ever shown to other operators or brokers?

Never your identity or your raw numbers. Peer benchmarks are always aggregated and de-identified across a group large enough that no single operator can be picked out, and are opt-in. Brokers and buyers only ever see an operator who has separately and explicitly chosen to list themselves in the marketplace — that's a deliberate, revocable choice, never a default.

I'm a broker or buyer — how do I get access?

Climb offers a verified data room for pest-control M&A: deal flow from operators who opt in to be discoverable, plus market-level intelligence on the segment. It's priced separately from operator plans. See the Brokers & Buyers page or get in touch for early access.
